About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Aon Hewitt as an Insurance Broker Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Insurance Brokers with client policy renewals and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Insurance Brokers, ensuring seamless client service and policy renewal processes.
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements.
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with clients to support their insurance needs and enhance the client experience.
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with client accounts.
  • Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience.
  • Experience across general insurance products.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
