About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and policy breaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and policy breaches.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure, and/or escalation of all queries and advice.

  • Previous experience in an ER or HR generalist role or relevant study with the desire to develop a career in ER.
  • A positive and professional phone manner.
  • A passion for people.
  • An analytical and inquisitive mind with the ability to actively listen and question to build a better understanding.
  • Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good aptitude for systems (Genesys, Salesforce, Successfactors/SAP, Google Suite).
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Curiosity and empathy, with an eye for the bigger picture.
