Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and policy breaches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and policy breaches.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure, and/or escalation of all queries and advice.
We are looking for a passionate and professional individual who is committed to delivering quality solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will bring with you:
- Previous experience in an ER or HR generalist role or relevant study with the desire to develop a career in ER.
- A positive and professional phone manner.
- A passion for people.
- An analytical and inquisitive mind with the ability to actively listen and question to build a better understanding.
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Good aptitude for systems (Genesys, Salesforce, Successfactors/SAP, Google Suite).
- Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Curiosity and empathy, with an eye for the bigger picture.
