Procurement Specialist - 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support procurement and contract management activities across major E&P projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support procurement and contract management activities
  • Assist with procurement reporting, compliance monitoring, and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet project timelines
  • Ensure alignment with procurement procedures, governance frameworks, and business standards
  • Manage contract administration tasks and support tendering processes as required
About You

For this role, we require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Exploration & Production space
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a procurement reporting and planning role
  • Strong experience with contract and procurement methods, terminology, and processes
  • A high level of attention to detail, enabling concise and accurate reporting
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Economics, Engineering (or other relevant field), or equivalent experience
