Head Of Marketing

Six Degrees Executive are excited to be partnering with this dynamic and purposeful wellness brand, as they seek a Head of Marketing to join their business.
Backed by a well known health focussed Private Equity group, this organisation is pushing the boundaries and offering the first of its kind care and therapy to patients suffering from mental health and addiction related illnesses.
As Head of Marketing, you will partner with the CEO and broader leadership team, to shape the future of this high-growth organisation.
Inheriting a lean team of experts based in Brisbane and Sydney, and with the platform to grow the team out further, this is a role that requires a confident and inspirational leader, who can develop capability while also driving measurable impact.
With generalist experience across all marketing functions, from digital and brand, to PR and performance, the Head of Marketing will own the full marketing ecosystem for the brand, while also expertly managing and influencing stakeholders across the business.
The Head of Marketing will:
Lead Strategy: Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned with broader business goals
Brand Leadership: Drive the rollout of a group-wide brand strategy and oversee and ensure consistent brand execution
Digital & Performance: Oversee digital marketing, CRM, SEO, analytics, and ensure data-led growth
Campaign Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns with clear KPIs and actionable insights
Executive Collaboration: Serve as the key link between marketing and leadership, offering alignment to overall business goals
Team Empowerment: Build a high-performing team culture through clarity, accountability, and development
Budget Control: Own the marketing budget, forecast needs, and optimize ROI
To be considered ideally youwill possess a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams, ideally within a fast-paced, ever evolving, high performance environment.
You may have spent time in a private equity backed or owner operated organisation; or perhaps a business that has been on a rapid growth trajectory scaling their offering.
You will possess deep expertise across multiple marketing functions, but with a particular understanding and passion for all things digital and performance.
You will be an expert at stakeholder management, and be well versed in reporting insights, influencing and offering solutions to C-suite leaders.
Most importantly you will be hungry to succeed, for yourself and your team, and you will have a curious, determined, and passionatemindset.
