Property Manager - Retail

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail centre in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property management principles and be able to provide exceptional support to tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements and tenancy schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the centre to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and centre performance.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management is required, preferably with a focus on retail centres. A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), is also preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
