About the Role

We are seeking an individual to join our maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, able to work autonomously and has a high attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the internal and external environment of the restaurant, ensuring it is clean, functioning and welcoming for customers and staff. They will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, preparing the restaurant for trade each day and completing ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant",
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it is well functioning and safe to use",
  • Prepare the restaurant for trade each day",

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously",
  • Highly organised, with the ability to meet strict timelines",
  • Well-presented and friendly",
  • Able to independently complete tasks including mopping, scrubbing, climbing ladders, cleaning windows and toilets",
  • Confident in engaging with customers, suppliers or contractors",
  • Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms",
  • Resilient and adaptable",
  • Police Check required if successful (applicants over 18 years only)",
  • Valid right to work in Australia is required",
