Job Title: Logistics Training Specialist
">We are looking for an individual who can enhance the capabilities of our team members through training and coaching. This is a pivotal role that offers you the opportunity to help make our national DC a gold standard site.
">Your mission will be to train and guide team members, ensuring that our standards and capabilities are consistently elevated.
">You will have the ability to confidently coach and realign team members to ensure adherence to standards.
">In addition, you will require:
">- Experience working within a DC/ Warehouse in a high volume, multi-brand, Retail or 3PL distribution/ logistics environment.
- Experience in training DC team members in an automated DC setup.
- Ability to train and coach individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Proven ability to effectively train and develop staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs.
- Exposure to a Continuous Improvement environment will be highly regarded.
