Job Overview

This is a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of team members, including SRG and Labour Hire staff.

  • Deliver Engaging Training: Develop orientation and induction programs to drive excellence.
  • Build Capabilities: Support DC labour capability through comprehensive training and assessments.
  • Coach Teams: Uplift individual and collective performance against business performance requirements.
  • Develop Skills: Proactively manage skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with the DC Leadership and the Learning Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a DC/Warehouse in a high volume, multi-brand, Retail or 3PL distribution/logistics environment. A proven ability to train and coach individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment is essential. Effective communication skills and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are also required.

About You
  • Experience working within a DC/Warehouse in a high volume, multi-brand, Retail or 3PL distribution/logistics environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively train and develop internal and labour hire staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and excel in their roles.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs.
  • Understanding of CoR - (Chain of Responsibility) - Current Legislation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification/incident management and investigation.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
