Tusk is hiring Warehouse Workers for the Kmart Distribution Centre in Truganina. You will be part of a dynamic team that handles a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Sorting and palletising boxes onto pallets at the end of a decline
  • Bulk Picking orders using Voice Pick
  • Operating MHE including Tuggers/Pallet Jacks/Trolleys/WPs
  • Manual Handling of items up to 25 kg
  • Housekeeping
  • Allocating and retrieving goods
  • Working safely and efficiently

To succeed in this role, you need to be versatile with your skill set and show a willingness to be cross trained and work in all areas of the DC.  Essentially you must have a great attitude and work ethic and be available and reliable to work.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Solid experience working in a warehouse - including palletising of stock and pick packing using Voice Pick
  • Monday - Friday minimum 5 days availability plus can work some/most weekends
  • Fast-paced worker
  • Produce quality work
  • Excellent work ethics including respect & integrity
  • Excellent work attitude
  • Punctual, reliable, committed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent accuracy & efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of OH&S
  • Safety obsessed
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Own reliable car and license
