Our Trauma and Critical Incidents Team is Seeking a Skilled Specialist

We are seeking an experienced trauma management specialist to support our clients in managing and responding to critical incidents.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver critical incident response services using evidence-based approaches such as Psychological First Aid and referral pathways.
  • Provide psychosocial interventions, support and counselling to individuals and groups affected by trauma.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace issues and develop solution-focused advice for organisations.
  • Develop and deliver employee counselling and training programs to promote mental health and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and provide solution-focused advice.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
