Trauma/Critical Incidents Specialist

A trauma/critical incidents specialist is required to provide critical incident response services and support a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will have experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical incident response services using psychological first aid and stepped care pathways.
- Deliver employee counseling and training services.
- Provide one-on-one trauma support and group sessions using psychological first aid and other trauma-specific interventions.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counseling.
- Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services.
- Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues and identify suitable intervention programs.
