Job Overview

This role involves working in our Australian truck rental division, where you will receive coaching from senior managers who once held the same position. Our structured training program is designed to develop Trainees into Assistant Rental Managers within 6-12 months, with opportunities for commission earnings.

Initially responsible for customer service, sales, administration, and general operational duties, your responsibilities will grow with the business, with a view to operations management of your own branch.

We strongly believe in promoting from within, with close to 100% of upper-level leadership and sales executives beginning their careers in this same position.

About You:

  • An undergraduate degree (preferred but not required)
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with a 'can do' attitude
  • A high level of communication, with exceptional written and verbal English
  • A strong customer focus: strong customer service, sales or administration experience is highly sought after
  • A passion for a career in management and the demonstrated willingness to do the hard work necessary to get there fast is critical
