Business Analyst Role

This position involves analyzing business needs and processes to identify areas for improvement.

  • Gather information from project stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Develop process maps to articulate business scenarios and risk control impacts.
  • Create user stories and walkthrough these with business and technology teams.
  • Contribute to the overall solution during definition and design phases.
  • Break down Epics into stories and capture acceptance criteria.
  • Estimate story effort using established methodologies with development and testing teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between development teams, testers, and business stakeholders during delivery.
  • Help define test plans covering both application and broader business process testing.
  • Prepare stakeholder communications and deliver training to business users.
  • Support the creation of business process documentation.
  • Participate in new business case development.

About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with at least 3+ years' experience in a business analysis role, working within an Agile Project Management framework, preferably in financial services.

You will have experience building and enhancing financial products from a technology and business readiness perspective.
