The Role

The Management Consultant will evaluate our business operations, provide expert recommendations, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field and experience in management consulting or an advisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide objective advice and develop recommendations on organisational change, restructuring, and resource optimisation.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Design and implement new systems, processes, and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance.
  • Advise on business improvement initiatives including workforce planning, operational performance, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and business cases with practical and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide ongoing support where necessary.
