About the Role:
Lead Business Analysis Efforts
: Conduct strategic business analysis activities, including business case development, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and defining project scope.
Mentor and Guide Team Members
: Mentor and guide a team of business analysts to foster their growth and professional development.
Communicate Effectively
: Communicate analysis findings, progress, recommendations, and other project-centric material to stakeholders effectively.
Identify Opportunities for Improvement
: Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
Experience in delivery practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
Experience leading a small team of business analysts (< 7).
