Regulatory Solutions Specialist

This role is responsible for proposing and prioritizing data-driven regulatory solutions.

The selected candidate will conduct advanced analytics to uncover actionable insights and root causes, deploy predictive models to identify and mitigate high-risk situations, lead the development of new risk models, and ensure the long-term performance and ethical integrity of all data science solutions.

A key responsibility of this position includes developing statistical learning models and custom algorithms, collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts, documenting technical and business solutions, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Strong knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques, experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition are required. Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySQL, R, and Databricks ML is also essential. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities are must-haves for this role.

To be successful in this position, you will possess a degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or equivalent experience. Experience with Databricks AutoML and Microsoft Azure is highly regarded.
