**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that directly impact our profitability and performance.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and data analytics, offering the opportunity to shape how we understand and leverage information across the organization.

In this position, you will identify opportunities to collaborate with various business units to enhance data-driven insights while designing intuitive reporting solutions that simplify access to critical information. You'll lead process optimization initiatives to eliminate redundant activities and improve efficiency, while championing technology adoption to modernize our analytical capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role solving complex business problems
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset
  • Proven track record developing and implementing SMART KPI's that drive business outcomes
  • Technical proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools including Power BI, SQL, R, and Python
