About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a specialist to join our Accessibility Team. As a key member, you will provide strategic advice to the organisation to enhance accessibility and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan customer information and communication actions for SEQ and Regional services.
- Develop a work program in partnership with relevant business areas, including scope development and identifying project/initiative owners, for short-term rectification, medium-term enhancements, and long-term investments in response to identified issues.
- Manage and report on the delivery of approved projects/initiatives to ensure strategic objectives are met and projects are delivered to agreed scope and on time.
- Manage and deliver approved projects/initiatives in accordance with the approved program on behalf of the Accessibility team.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects within required timeframes and budget.
About You
- Client-side project management of strategic projects involving multidisciplinary/cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client-side project management of customer communication and information-focused projects.
- Experience in client-side project management of asset auditing for large-scale assets.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects safely and efficiently, while ensuring project benefits are realised.
- Able to work within a complex statutory authority in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- A self-starter with initiative and experience to successfully drive project delivery.
The Benefits
- $900 per day.
- Located in Brisbane CBD.
- Contract until July 2025.
