As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a strategic approach to internal communication that aligns with our organization's purpose and plan.

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development and delivery of integrated communication content and campaigns, enhance employee engagement through timely and effective communications, and implement appropriate frameworks and systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION CONTENT AND CAMPAIGNS
  • ENHANCING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT THROUGH TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
  • SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF APPROPRIATE FRAMEWORKS AND SYSTEMS

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, analytical, and business writing skills, as well as self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, experience in content and campaign development, and a strong understanding of best practice strategic communication.
