Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to deliver comprehensive human resources solutions across NSW and the ACT.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across various business units, focusing on supporting Corporate Enabling Units and working on change projects within the organisation.

This rewarding role is part of a team that provides consulting advice across all elements of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, employee relations, organisational effectiveness and change, performance management, engagement, welfare and wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with people leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic HR initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice on Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect within the organisation

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success as a Business Partner in a fast-paced industry
  • Significant experience working with geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience in supporting organisational and people change initiatives
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
