Human Resources Consultant

As a key member of the People and Culture team, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to provide expert advice and support across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers, including policy interpretation, workplace matters, and employee relations.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, probation reviews, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Lead and coordinate HR projects, such as engagement initiatives, policy updates, and training programs.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making through effective analysis and reporting of HR metrics.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
