Introduction:

At LeavePlus, we connect the construction industry with the benefits of the portable long service leave scheme. As our Senior Manager - Industry Engagement, you'll lead the design and delivery of engagement strategies that drive awareness, education, and voluntary compliance, influencing change at scale.

You'll be the strategic voice and relationship builder across government, industry associations, employers, and unions. From shaping high-impact partnerships to representing LeavePlus in senior forums, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver outcomes that matter, for industry, for workers, and for the future.

Description:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-organisational engagement programs that build trust and deliver measurable compliance outcomes.
  • Forge and strengthen strategic partnerships with key industry and government stakeholders.
  • Represent LeavePlus at high-level forums, influencing policy, reform, and best practice.
  • Use data, insights, and feedback to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team aligned to our values.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Brings significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement, regulatory affairs, or partnerships (public or industry sector).
  • Has proven success leading large-scale engagement and education programs.
  • Excels in high-level communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Can navigate complexity with vision, influence, and collaboration.
  • Understands how to achieve compliance through education, not just enforcement.
