The Role

In this capacity, you will assume the responsibility of leading several key client accounts, ensuring that the team's workflow is finely tuned to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As the Senior Manager within the team, you will keenly assess the developmental needs of your team members and, in collaboration with the Training and Development Manager, foster a culture of growth and peak performance.

As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assume the responsibility of leading several key client accounts
• Ensure that the team's workflow is finely tuned to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Keenly assess the developmental needs of your team members
• Collaborate with Training and Development Manager, foster a culture of growth and peak performance.
