Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a premium setting, with a strong skillset around guest experience and fine dining service standards.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth, with the ability to lead by example and focus on daily operational excellence while going above and beyond for our guests and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring a beautifully presented venue while fostering a positive team atmosphere that delivers an outstanding dining experience.
  • A proactive mindset and dedication to creating a vibrant ambiance that encourages repeat visits.
  • WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
