As a seasoned leader, we are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead our Melbourne team's data centre initiatives. This role offers immense growth opportunities for the right candidate, allowing them to develop a team and build connections with regional and industry leaders in digital infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple data centre projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, costs, and specifications. You will lead and mentor a team of project managers and controllers, fostering their professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for innovation and continuous learning, driving progress and shaping the future. They should possess strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end data centre projects.

We value candidates who can effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities and leading by example. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to relocate to Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data centre projects from concept to handover, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and controllers, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with regional and industry leaders to report on project progress and build client relationships.
  • Deliver projects from conception to completion, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end data centre projects.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to relocate to Melbourne.
