Project Manager Role

The project manager role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of civil and demolition projects. Effective coordination, planning, and execution are crucial for successful outcomes.

  • Support site operations by coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Assist with day-to-day project delivery, planning, and scheduling to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress and compliance
  • Track project performance against budget and schedule, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality protocols throughout the project lifecycle
Key Skills

We seek an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Aconex, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable qualifications include experience in demolition and decommissioning projects, as well as background in hazardous material handling or industrial dismantling.
