Civil and Demolition Project Coordinator Role

Overview:

  • We seek a seasoned Project Coordinator to manage civil and demolition projects.

This position involves coordinating, planning, and executing civil and demolition projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, organization, and project management, with experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with day-to-day project delivery, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and compliance registers
  • Tracking project progress against budget and schedule
  • Ensuring all safety, environmental, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects, preferably with a focus on demolition and decommissioning
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Aconex, MS Project)
  • Experience in hazardous material handling and industrial dismantling is highly desirable
