The Role Description

Jr. Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and delivering civil infrastructure projects.
  • Gain exposure across all areas of project management, including procurement, subcontractor liaison, client communication, and milestone achievement.
  • Uphold and promote the highest standards of safety on site.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor compliance with documentation.

Guidance and mentoring from senior leaders will be provided to set you up for success.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn directly from experienced Project Managers and the Operations team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and driven Senior Project Engineer with a background in civil projects valued between $1M–$15M.

You will be eager to take on more responsibility, backed by problem-solving skills, solid commercial acumen, and effective communication skills.
