Property Assessing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessing professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of property damage caused by various events, including accidents and natural disasters.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and settle claims with customers and third parties in a fair and timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property assessment, preferably in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Relevant qualification or certification in property assessment, building, construction, or a related field is desirable.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for resolving complex issues efficiently.
