After significant success in Victoria and New South Wales, the business has secured a long-term contract in Queensland and is now looking for a Contracts Manager to lead its new operations.

What You\'ll Be Doing- Mobilise, recruit, and lead a team of supervisors, schedulers, logistics, and field staff.
- Act as the key client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring contract delivery to agreed KPIs.
- Drive a safe, productive, and values-driven team culture from the ground up.
- Streamline compliance and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee financial performance of the contract, including cost control, reporting, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape the business\' growth in Queensland.
We\'re looking for a people-focused leader who is:

- Honest, transparent, and open to feedback - a leader who works in partnership with their client and team.
- Experienced in managing contracts, projects, or operations within construction, utilities, or related industries (direct sector experience not required).
- Ready to step up - an "up and comer" with the right attitude, drive, and initiative to treat this contract as their own.
- Able to balance autonomy with accountability, showing initiative when senior leaders aren\'t on site.
