Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Planner to lead the planning and execution of country-wide staffing and high-volume hiring events for our teams.

This role requires managing labor delivery through direct sourcing channels, vendor suppliers, daily vendor management, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will own the development and delivery of community engagement plans, supporting labor demand planning with finance and supply chain teams.

In this role, you will drive key metrics related to vendor engagement, peak planning, cost optimization, compliance, and driving a scalable workforce planning workflow. You will be required to lead a small team to drive country-wide Workforce Staffing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor delivery through direct sourcing channels and vendor suppliers.
  • Develop and deliver community engagement plans.
  • Support labor demand planning with finance and supply chain teams.
  • Drive key metrics related to vendor engagement, peak planning, cost optimization, compliance, and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
