Key Responsibilities- Deliver 5-Star customer service to all visitors to the dealership
- Help customers with their queries, provide solutions, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Liaise with dealership departments to determine availability and schedules for appointments
- Update relevant data and bookings accurately and promptly using computer software systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
