Job Overview:

The Event Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our venue operations. This dynamic position is responsible for unlocking career opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver genuine and personalized guest experiences
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Venue Manager
  • Manage the end-to-end function process from booking to delivery, ensuring seamless execution
  • Oversee 6 function rooms catering for events up to 350 guests
  • Contribute to the design, costing, and organization of function packages
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database
  • Coordinate functions and liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Update promotional materials, including online platforms
">Requirements:
  • Strong hospitality leadership and operational experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Contagious enthusiasm and ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, set performance targets, and deliver projects on time
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage inbound enquiries and maintain a client database using a Function Management System
