Education Specialist

Mayfield Education seeks a dynamic and experienced education specialist to lead the growth and compliance of our higher education programs.

This pivotal role will oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of higher education courses, particularly for the Graduate Certificate in Diabetes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading the development of curriculum and instructional materials;
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies and industry associations;
  • Managing sessional academic staff and coordinating student support strategies;
  • Driving the development of new courses and micro-credentialing initiatives aligned with workforce needs;
  • Engaging with higher education academic boards, industry partners, and advisory committees;
  • Overseeing academic systems, including learning management systems and teaching resources.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A postgraduate qualification, preferably at Master's level or higher;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in academic leadership or course coordination;
  • Demonstrated success in blended/online delivery and curriculum development;
  • Exceptional communication, digital literacy, and team coordination skills.
