We are seeking a diligent professional with experience in revenue management and property administration to support the delivery of services.

About the Role

This role involves managing council revenue streams and maintaining accurate property records to ensure compliance with local government regulations.

  • Administering rates, charges, and property-related revenue processes.
  • Maintaining and updating property records and databases.
  • Investigating and resolving property and revenue-related inquiries.
  • Assisting with debt recovery and enforcement activities.

You will work closely with other teams to achieve seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and administer council revenue streams.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and databases.
  3. Investigate and resolve property and revenue-related inquiries from the public.
  4. Assist with debt recovery and enforcement activities as required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the development of effective revenue strategies.
