Job Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information for a portfolio of allocated property assets.

Your primary duties will include producing accurate monthly financial reports, including profit & loss, revenue verification, balance sheet reconciliations, property forecasts, and budgets. You will also be responsible for preparing analytical data for our management team and contributing to outgoings audits, response to audit queries, and conduct periodic reviews of financial information to ensure integrity.

In addition, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and provide financial advice and support when required. About the Role:

  • Oversight of financial accuracy and integrity for a portfolio of allocated property assets;
