Project Development Manager

Drive the successful delivery of diverse grid connection projects by supporting timely project planning and execution.

As a key member of our Onboarding and Connections team, you will collaborate closely with project managers and engineering leads to develop and maintain detailed project plans and forecasts. This will ensure visibility for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Accurately estimate task efforts and allocate engineering hours to support resource planning and forecasting.
  • Proactively manage project risks, including time, cost, and scope variations, and maintain clear escalation and communication processes.
  • Develop and implement portfolio reports and tracking tools to support management oversight, resource prioritization, and timely delivery of critical milestones.
