Senior Compensation Specialist

This is a rare chance to assume full accountability for the compensation portfolio, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making in Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ compensation program including salary review, job evaluations, STIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Compensation across a broad and global compensation environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
- Continuously improve processes, trackers, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.
We are seeking an experienced Compensation or Remuneration professional who thrives on detail, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is ready for senior stakeholders.
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
