As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing and developing cutting-edge energy storage systems that accelerate the global transition to renewable energy.

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized energy storage solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Conduct techno-economic analysis to drive optimal system design and solution development.
  • Develop tools and processes to drive continuous improvement in our customer proposals and offerings.
  • Work closely with business development to identify strategic opportunities and develop winning proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in energy storage systems and renewable generation technologies.
  • BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or similar) strongly preferred; MS in engineering a nice to have.
  • Experience with electrical power systems design for power generation, distribution, and storage.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and requirements.
  • Good knowledge of inverter-based power systems and electricity markets.
