Expert Civil Design Specialist

We seek a highly experienced civil design specialist to deliver solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects.

This role will suit an accomplished civil designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for councils, local government, main roads or developers.

The successful candidate will work on projects delivering solutions within the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities and streetscapes.

The role involves preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software, including land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure.

You will also be required to interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

About this Role:

  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of state government, local government authorities and private sector clients
  • Interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs

Requirements:

  • Senior civil design experience in land, urban and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications, including graduate diploma in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
