We are seeking a seasoned civil designer to lead projects on urban, land, and subdivision development across the Gold Coast region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering multi-disciplinary civil projects for councils, local government, main roads, or developers.

This role will involve:

  • Preparation of conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure
  • Interpretation of civil design requirements from state government, local government authorities, and private sector clients
  • Collaboration with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping disciplines
  • Client engagement regarding project needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated senior civil designer experience in land, urban, and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
