Support Worker Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in need. As a support worker, you will have the chance to provide strengths-focussed support, mentoring, and guidance to help our clients achieve their goals and develop positive relationships.

You will work closely with a team to develop and implement individualized plans, providing transport services, supervised contact visits, in-home support, and overnight crisis support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • A current National Police Check (NPC)
  • A current drivers license and access to a clean, road-worthy vehicle
  • A relevant industry qualification or currently studying
  • A current First Aid Certificate
