- Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level II NICU with a projected average daily census of 5-6 patients by the end of the year.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric hospitalists to provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families.
- Participate in a dynamic team environment that values education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond promptly to on-call situations within a 30-minute radius and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Work varied shifts, including 12- and 24-hour rotations, to ensure seamless patient care and optimal staffing levels.
