Provide High-Quality Patient Care in the NICU
As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive care to newborns and their families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborating with neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric hospitalists to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP is required.
- Minimum of a master's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
