As a specialist in client support, you will play a pivotal role in the Client Solutions Institutional Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team across various funds in day-to-day operations
  • Create tailored marketing materials and responses to client inquiries, assist with queries, and provide performance updates
  • Become a point of contact with internal teams and stakeholders requiring strong collaboration
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required
  • Develop expertise in private markets and investment strategies
  • Build professional and technical knowledge to work independently with senior sales professionals and respond to client queries

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 3 years experience in client support, sales, product management, private banking, consulting, or investment banking
