
Senior Client Support Specialist

As a specialist in client support, you will play a pivotal role in the Client Solutions Institutional Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team across various funds in day-to-day operations
- Create tailored marketing materials and responses to client inquiries, assist with queries, and provide performance updates
- Become a point of contact with internal teams and stakeholders requiring strong collaboration
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required
- Develop expertise in private markets and investment strategies
- Build professional and technical knowledge to work independently with senior sales professionals and respond to client queries
Requirements
- University degree
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A passion for private markets and exceptional drive to learn
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple processes simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3 years experience in client support, sales, product management, private banking, consulting, or investment banking
