  • Oversee the management of our Contact Centre, driving exceptional customer experiences and service quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Ticketing Operations Specialist. You will be responsible for managing a team of frontline ticketing staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the management of our Contact Centre.

Requirements:
