Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin's attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a Ticketing & Merchandising Specialist to join our on a permanent basis. The role will be based at Aus or Hong Kong office, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility.
Key Accountabilities:
System Management

Lead the delivery of new package solutions, coordinating with requestors and Accesso to test, launch, and meet audit standards.

Action and validate all package changes across attractions and merchants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ticketing SLAs.

Perform thorough package testing and peer reviews before go-live.

Maintain consistency in merchandising by applying best practices across regions.

Manage ticketing integrations, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper configuration and testing.

Conduct regular audits of packages and users in partnership with attraction teams.
Collaboration

Offer expert input on project implementation and system rollouts.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders as a trusted representative of the Ticketing & Merchandising team.

Deliver training sessions to Operations teams and internal users.

Support the Global Ticketing Team through cross-regional collaboration.

Drive continuous improvement by actively contributing to team growth and process enhancements.
- Proven experience managing ticketing and eCommerce applications, with knowledge of Accesso or similar systems highly desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Merlin's brands, product offerings, and operational processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial
- The successful candidate must have permanent residency in Australia or Hong Kong.
