The Delivery team aims to make Uber Eats the best platform for earners, ensuring sustainable growth and minimizing business risks associated with earner compliance and quality.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for delivery people. You will be responsible for driving satisfaction and retention by working on strategic projects that improve the overall experience across the platform's lifecycle. This includes setting up new users for success, enhancing the core delivery experience, recognizing high-value earners, and more.

You will:

  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data to identify delivery people experience problems
  • Develop actionable recommendations and compelling business cases to address these issues
  • Project manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely completion and identifying potential risks
  • Support the rollout of globally driven product changes
