Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, you will lead the mining maintenance recruitment sector with a focus on international talent. Your primary responsibility will be to manage stakeholder engagement and build effective relationships across the business.

You will become part of the Perth team, focusing on building a strong mining maintenance talent pool and engaging international placements in line with immigration legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with other team members and site hiring managers to ensure maximum growth with new hires.
  • Researching and analysing current market trends to ensure sophisticated knowledge of existing market conditions and required talent acquisition strategies.
  • Developing and implementing focused approach to international recruitment strategies and relevant legislation.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to provide workforce planning solutions.
  • Coordinating pre-employment and immigration checks with relevant legal support.
  • Reporting on recruitment statistics, live vacancies, and mobilisation activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for mining maintenance roles, knowledge of international placements, visa holders, and immigration legislation. Additionally, they should possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks.
