We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Recruitment team in Perth. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging top talent for our current pipeline projects.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have experience resourcing for the mining/engineering sectors, with a strong ability to build relevant talent pools and pipelines.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining our talent management system/database for timely reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • A high degree of attention to detail, combined with excellent time management skills, is essential for success in this role.
  • As a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting, you will work independently and within a fast-paced environment to deliver results-driven outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Talent sourcing and acquisition across multiple industries, with a focus on the mining/engineering sectors.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive talent pool, including database management and candidate engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing our talent management system for timely reporting.
  • Providing exceptional support to our Recruitment team, contributing to a seamless workflow and efficient project delivery.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee wellbeing and collaboration throughout the organization.
